Standard Delivery
Guarantees delivery to be made anytime between 9am – 5pm to businesses and 8am – 7pm to residential addresses.
For Same Day Delivery orders must be received prior to 1pm to reach it’s destination by 5pm. In some instances we are able to use a VIP delivery service to get the delivery out same day if you have placed the order after 1pm. We encourage you to call the store to confirm a VIP delivery can be successful for same day delivery.
Orders received after 1pm will be delivered as Next Day Delivery.
VIP Delivery Service
Delivery prior to 1pm on a VIP Service must be placed the day prior.
For a VIP delivery service made for same day delivery the order is accelerated to the top of the list and dispatched as soon as possible for orders received prior to 2pm.
Funeral Deliveries & Timed Events
We recommend that you use the VIP Delivery Service and ensure you provide a deadline for delivery to be made. Be sure to place you order at least a day prior to ensure that delivery is booked well in advance.
Saturday Delivery Service
Orders must be received by 4pm the day prior for Saturday Delivery.
